A plain-language privacy note.
This page covers the website you are reading, hellonestwell.com. It is short because the site does very little with your data. The NestWell program itself, the one a practice would offer its patients, will have its own notice, written with counsel before any patient uses it.

In short
- No analytics, no trackers, no advertising pixels, no social-media buttons.

- The contact form sends what you type to the founders by email. Nothing you type is stored on this site.
- Please do not include health information, yours or anyone else’s, in anything you send us.
What this site does not do
We do not run analytics or any tracking script. We do not use advertising pixels, embedded social-media widgets, session recording, or fingerprinting. We do not set cookies, and there is nothing to accept or decline, which is why you did not see a banner. If we ever add a measurement tool, this page will name it before it goes live.
The site remembers nothing about you between visits. If you open the menu on your phone, that is your browser doing its ordinary work, not us keeping a record.
What happens when the page loads
Two things happen in the background, and you should know about both.
Hosting. The site is a set of static files served by our hosting provider, GitHub Pages. Like any web server, it may keep ordinary server logs for security and reliability, which typically include the address your connection came from, the time, and the page requested. We do not receive or analyse those logs.
Typefaces. The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, and Google’s privacy policy applies to that request. We receive nothing from it. If you would rather not make that request, your browser’s settings can block third-party fonts and the site will fall back to a system typeface.
The contact form
The contact page has a form for practices that want to talk about a pilot and a shorter one for families who want to join the interest list. Both work the same way.
What you type in the fields, such as practice name, your role, city, the tools you use today, your name and email address, and your message, goes to the founders by email. Today the form does that by opening your own email app with a message already addressed to hello@hellonestwell.com and your answers in the body; nothing is sent until you press send in your email app, and nothing is stored on this site. If we later connect the form to a form-delivery service so that it can send directly, this page will name the service and what it keeps.
We use what you send us to reply to you, to plan pilot conversations, and, if you are on the interest list, to tell you when a practice near you is offering the program. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside NestWell, and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for. We keep it for as long as the conversation is live, and we delete it when you ask.
Please do not include health information
This website is not a place to describe symptoms, a diagnosis, a medication, a pregnancy, or a loss, whether yours or a patient’s. Email is not a secure channel for it and the founders cannot act on it here. If you are a patient, contact your own practice. If you are a practice, we will set up an appropriate channel before any patient information changes hands.

If you email hello@hellonestwell.com directly, we keep the thread for as long as we are corresponding and treat it the same way as a form submission. Ordinary email passes through the mail providers on both ends, and their policies apply to that transit.
Links to other sites
Where this site links elsewhere, for example to professional guidance, that site’s privacy notice applies once you are there. We do not receive anything about what you do on it.
Children
This site is written for adults: practice staff, families, and partners. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and we ask that you not send us information about a minor.
Changes to this note
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the “last reviewed” date at the top moves. We will not quietly add tracking.
